This website is operated by Stephen Law. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Stephen Law.

By visiting this site or purchasing something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Variance: Every piece is a unique work of art. Due to the fluid nature of resin, no two pieces will ever be identical.
Imperfections: Small bubbles, ripples, or slight surface textures are a natural part of the resin curing process and are not considered defects. These are characteristics of a hand-poured, artisanal product.
Colour Accuracy: I photograph my work in natural lighting to be as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
I am not currently registered for GST; therefore, GST is not charged on your purchase.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all "Ready to Ship" items.
For custom commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping.
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me.

Copyright: When you buy a piece of art, you own the physical object. However, Stephen Law retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.
Usage: You may not reproduce, scan, or sell prints of my work without express written permission. I reserve the right to use images of all work (including custom commissions) for marketing, social media, and the sale of prints.

Delivery: I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (Australia Post, etc.).
Damages: If a piece arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so I can assist with a claim.
International Orders: For collectors outside Australia, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Heat & Sun: Resin is sensitive to UV and high temperatures. To prevent yellowing or softening, avoid placing art in direct sunlight or near extreme heat sources (e.g., directly above a fireplace without a mantel or in a sunroom).
Cleaning: Clean only with a soft microfiber cloth and water. Do not use abrasive chemicals.
Liability: I am not liable for damage caused by improper hanging, cleaning, or exposure to the elements once the piece is in your care.

Due to the high cost of materials and the unique nature of the work, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. * All sales on custom commissions and original art are final.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
